About the Speaker
Robert Clements
Robert Clements is the Founder and Director of Assent Risk Management and brings extensive expertise in ISO standards, compliance, and quality management to the ISO 20252 Implementer Course.
Rob founded Assent in 2002, initially as a small IT and web design business, before evolving into a management consultancy specialising in ISO standards and compliance. As a Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 and a BCS Professional Member (MBCS), he has hands-on experience auditing and advising organisations on implementing robust processes, which he brings directly into the course content.
Rob draws on his experience leading research operations and compliance projects to guide learners through the requirements and best practices for fieldwork, helping them understand how to apply ISO 20252 standards in real-world research scenarios. His proactive and practical approach ensures that learners gain actionable knowledge that can be immediately applied in their organisations.
