Kathy Clements

Kathy Clements is an IRCA Qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 at Assent. Kathy also contributes to Assent’s training brand and its Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) programme.

She brings over 10 years of experience in customer service, auditing, and ISO development. Her methodical approach and strong attention to detail make her particularly skilled at supporting small businesses through the ISO certification journey, translating complex requirements into clear, practical steps.

Kathy presents Module 4, outlining the key roles and resonsibilites of ISO 20252.

Danny Lee

Danny Lee is an IRCA CQI certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, with 15 years of hands-on experience building and leading management systems in high-stakes environments, including the Royal Air Force. In recognition of his contribution to aviation quality, he was named in the New Year Honours List 2025 by His Majesty King Charles III.

Danny delivers parts of Module 2 – Core Requirements and all of Module 5 – Plan > Do > Check > Act Cycle. Danny brings practical insights on implementing ISO 20252, guiding learners through core frameworks, project management principles, and continuous improvement in research operations.

Juliana Wood

Juliana Wood is the Managing Director and Director of Certifications at CIRQ – Certification Institute for Research Quality for ISO 20252 and ISO 27001. She is an expert in certification bodies and accreditation, with deep subject matter expertise in ISO global standards, particularly within the research and information security space.

Juliana is known for her energy and enthusiasm and thrives on challenges, including developing programs, building relationships, and seizing new opportunities. In Module 12, she will share her insights on the ISO 20252 certification process, guiding learners through each step from preparation to achieving and maintaining certification.

Robert Clements

Robert Clements is the Founder and Director of Assent Risk Management, bringing extensive expertise in ISO standards, compliance, and quality management to the ISO 20252 Implementer Course. As a Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 and a BCS Professional Member (MBCS), he has significant hands-on experience helping organisations build strong, compliant systems.

Rob presents Module 7 of the course, which focuses on Annex B. He draws on his background in research operations and compliance projects to guide learners through the requirements and best practices for fieldwork under ISO 20252.
